What is Anchor?

Anchor is a dual-mode mental health and wellness application. It offers secure therapy client portals for verified clients of Your Journey to Healing, PLLC, as well as self-guided wellness tools for public users seeking general wellness support.

Is my data secure and HIPAA compliant?

Yes, Anchor is designed with HIPAA-conscious practices in mind. All therapy client communications are encrypted, and we follow strict data protection protocols. We never sell your personal information and limit access to only authorized personnel.

How do I become a therapy client?

Therapy clients are invited by their therapist using a unique therapist code. If your therapist uses Anchor, they will provide you with instructions on how to join. You cannot self-enroll as a therapy client.

Can I use Anchor as a wellness user without a therapist?

Yes! Anchor offers Wellness Tools with self-guided exercises, mood tracking, journaling, and educational resources. This mode is available to anyone and does not require a therapist connection.

How do I message my therapist?

Therapy clients can send secure messages through the app. Messages are reviewed during business hours only - typically Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST. This is not a crisis communication channel.

I'm a therapist. How do I sign up?

Therapists can sign up through our app or website. You'll need to complete a subscription setup, create your practice profile, and verify your license. Once verified, you can invite clients using your unique therapist code.

What should I do if I'm experiencing a crisis?

Anchor is NOT designed for emergency or crisis situations. If you are in crisis, please call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), 911, or go to your nearest emergency room. The Crisis Resources tab in the app provides additional hotline numbers.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can manage your subscription in the app under Profile > Subscription Settings. If you need assistance, contact our support team at support@yourjourneytohealing.com.

Can I delete my account and data?

Yes, you can request account deletion through the app under Profile > Settings > Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and associated data in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable regulations.
